General Auction Rules
- All sales are final. All auction items are sold “as is” and no exchanges or refunds are permitted. Please note specifications and limitations before bidding.
- Double your Dollars credit may be applied to both Silent and Live auction purchases.
- Double your Dollars credit is not transferable and cannot be combined with other credits.
- Double your Dollars credit is not refundable and will be forfeited if not redeemed.
- All purchased items must be paid in full the night of the auction and taken with you. The Charity Golf Classic will not assume responsibility for the shipment of auction items. For your convenience arrangements may be made with the hotels concierge’s desk to have items shipped. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or check. Checks should be made payable to “The Charity Golf Classic.”
- If you are unable to attend, bids may be submitted to any tournament staff member. When placing your bid, please include your name, telephone number, item name and number, and your best bid. You need not be present at the auction to win.
- Unless otherwise stated, all items must be redeemed by June 9, 2009.
- Winning bidders are responsible for shipping or otherwise transporting purchased items from the Seaview Marriott at the conclusion of the event.

Silent Auction Rules
- Each auction item will have a corresponding bid sheet. To bid, simply sign your assigned bid number and amount of your bid for the item that interests you.
- Bids must be placed in the minimum increments stated (e.g., if the minimum increment is $5.00 and the last bid is $105.00, the next bid must be $110.00 or higher).
- In order to be eligible to win, the minimum bid must be met.
- Final Closing for the silent auction will be announced during the event.
