Since its inception in 2000, The Charity Golf Classic has raised a total of $3.3 million for the charities supported by Realogy Corporation and PHH Mortgage. Now in its ninth year, The Charity Golf Classic once again invites golfers, sponsors, and donors to enjoy a fantastic time while benefiting several exceptionally worthy causes.

Each year, The Charity Golf Classic is held in one of the finest courses in southern New Jersey. These award-winning courses include the Laurel Creek County Club, set among lush wetlands and lakes; the magnificent Pine Hill Golf Club, set against towering trees; and the historic courses at the Seaview Marriott Resort and Spa, set amid pristine pinelands.

It takes big talent to raise big money

The Charity Golf Classic has featured some of the biggest names in professional golf, including PGA champions Ben Crenshaw, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Rocco Mediate, Johnny Miller and Peter Jacobsen, golf great David Feherty, and LPGA greats Cindy Flom, Laura Diaz, Stefania Croce, Suzy Whaley, Laura Myerscough, Angie Rizzo and Jill McGill. The pros have hosted golf clinics and have played with sponsors in The Charity Golf Classic tournaments. This years line up includes Hale Irwin, Kevin Hall and Suzy Whaley.

Each year, proceeds are raised through the event sponsorships and the live and silent auctions. The exciting items auctioned in the past include a Telluride ski vacation, a 14k gold and diamond Omega necklace, a golf vacation to St. Andrews Bay in Scotland, a Sony digital camera, a trip for two to the Masters Tournament, and autographed memorabilia from sports legends like Tiger Woods, Muhammed Ali, Wayne Gretzky, Tony Stewart, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Allen Iverson, Roger Staubach, Bobby Orr, Bill Bradley, Ron Hextall and Jack Nicklaus.
